ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHOM CHOOSE NOT TO EAT MEAT: VEGETARIANS AND
PESCATERIANS and VEGANS: A SPIRITUAL VIEW:

do NOT watch that sort of tv or other show of similar bad taste in
humour: anything worse, is also Spiritually prohibited:
The
sheep were created by The Lord God, yet not everything on Earth is
put on earth just so people can use them, even for meat. All of the
animals, in fact, were put on Earth to be our friends. The original
Bible stated “dominion” yet was originally intended to mean:
“companionship”: friends. There have been problems since the
first person decided to kill his friend to “see what it tasted
like”. The animals are NOT on earth to be eaten, they are WORTHY IN
THEIR OWN RIGHT. Sheep in fact, are on Earth for 8 reasons (all
animals have 8 reasons to be on Earth), and sheep have a use for
humanity: producing wool for fibre. And there is nothing wrong with
using sheeps wool fibre to make rugs to keep animals warm, such as
horse-covers.
About
meat-eating when a famine looms: and a person's children are about to
starve, and the person has some cattle: it is more compassionate in
that case, to slaughter those cattle, to make a nutritious meal, yet
take into account that the cattle in such famines, are also about to
starve.
If
we are not slaughtering cattle, then, they will die of old age and
then the hide can be taken to make leather, as long as the hides are
sterilised to get rid of diseases, that is done usually, by boiling
the hide for 30 minutes, in hot water. Yet it really DOES stink, and the stink clings to the people whom make leather produce. I'm told it's possible to add some herbs to the hide and water mixture, to remove the smell. Experiment with that, please, to find a better way.
